Marilyn Koop graduated from Toronto's Ontario College of Art in 1983. She lives and works in Elora, Ontario. She goes to the city for illustration work while maintaining a street presence around town with her incessant output of posters and signage. She belongs to a group of artists in elora called village idiot productions. She enjoys writing in the third person.
